  well another big bad elder here just wanting to say sorry.. i'm sorry that so many were treated like crap, and shown that god's love is not to be found around jehovah's witnesses.

  i'm sorry that inadvertently i've likely taught many to judge and as such see that racism permeates every corner of the jw world, else why else would someone be of the world, or even inactive.

  i'm sorry i sat in on a jc, and voted to df.

  Huge story unfolding at Warwick

  its been mentioned before that warwick is a toxic dump and now the jw's are suing a former owner for compensation.

  well this is huge on so many levels.

  one they new it was contaminated back a few years ago so why move your headquarters there?

  Contaminated soil? They should pray about the matter, rely on Jehovah, and leave it in His capable hands to purify the land!

  Nah. Instead the GB is going to look for help from Satan's world, the demonic governments, corrupt legal agents of this evil system, and materialistic corporations to correct this matter.

  I think this is a valuable precedent for where the GB has placed their confidence--Rely on Jehovah and nothing will get done. Rely on Satan and His system, and get ready for re$ult$!

  at the regional they said they need brothers like crazy, but sisters are giveing out the literature and sisters are handling contranution boxes but yet they say brothers are lazy shiftless following at distance can someone explain this.

  besides the usual 1914 assertions/ world getting worse all the time/ our day is the worst of all time nonsense, the co mentioned some interesting things.

  #1) Religions are destroyed because the Governments want their money.

  How convenient that WT is collecting money into a central corporate account to build new headquarters and supposedly a bunch of new kingdumb hauls to give to the governments... very soon now. And when the governments would turn on the JWs, they can easily go straight to Warwick and arrest all the leaders... like shooting fish in a barrel.
  

  If the GB really believed that rubbish, they would still have book studies and other meetings in homes and would leave the money where the local congregations would be able to use it to care for themselves during the GT.

  How do you deal with Anxiety!

  so the other day i was walking through the huge local regional outlet shopping mall.

  i see this sign "how do deal with anxiety" didn't take very long at all to confirm it was a jw booth.. that sign bothered me.

  do jw actually think they have something to say about anxiety?

  those that already been were saying how great it was and all the videos that were presented.. well, thus far not impressed!

  It's not like I "lost" my virginity. I know exactly where I left it and when. I have no desire to go back and try to take it back.

  "The majority if dieters who lose control and eat an entire bag of Oreos say that they regret what they did."

  10 Years ago today...

  i mentally awoke.

  it took another 6 months or so to walk away for good, but this date marked the end of my belief in any conventional sense of the word.. d4g.

  Magnum: I wish I could have an anniversary like that, but, for me, it was such a gradual thing that I can't pinpoint a certain time.

  For people like us, we don't have to have one special day each year... we can celebrate EVERY DAY as a special day free from the cult!

  Conversation with ultra dub relative. Pure quality this one

  if any one has been taking note of my posts, it could be said that i often mention conversations i have had with dubbies.

  in some ways not been dfed has allowed me to gain some real in sight into how they think and their justification for things.

  the following is a conversation i just had with an ultra super dub relative, and to be honest i don't know weather i should be laughing or crying over it.. relative: the rc this year is going to be held in the assembly hall.

  Relative: the RC this year is going to be held in the assembly hall. They arnt using the stadiums any more.

  Same with my family. Their region is now also their circuit. Forget the hotel arrangements and wearing badges to "witness", now they go see the same faces in the same place and get drive-thru on the way home afterward.
